Yummy bites is a woman owned and family operated small, gluten free business located in Los Angeles - CA

We, from Yummy bites’ s family, have the privilege to be around lots of ethnic communities and food.  Food/cooking/eating are shared by all cultures…..a common bond.  The personal experience of sharing and experimenting different foods and ingredients has given us a better understanding of food and cooking.

Most of our products are made out of Yucca flour. It’s similar to a potato in taste, but it’s less starchy and it’s gluten free.

Yucca is a tropical root crop widely used in Brazil to make cakes, breads and cookies.

Our particular interest in nutrition and a passion for cooking motivated us to start a business that will improve the lives of so many  people  with special dietary needs.   It is our satisfaction to make difference in their lives.

Our mission is to bring to every one’s table gluten-free baked products that are absolutely delicious for the whole family.  If we meet our goal, this is our success.

All our products are manufacted in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
